The 2017 Perodua Bezza 1.3 Advance AT is the range-topping variant of Perodua’s first-ever sedan lineup. Positioned above the 1.0 G and 1.3 X variants, the 1.3 Advance AT (commonly called “AV”) focuses on premium comfort, enhanced safety features, fuel efficiency, and modern convenience while maintaining low ownership costs and excellent practicality.

As the flagship variant, the Bezza AV introduced more advanced technology and styling upgrades compared to lower variants, making it one of Malaysia’s most practical and value-for-money compact sedans during its time.

Driving Experience

The 1.3L Dual VVT-i engine provides noticeably stronger pickup and smoother highway performance compared to the 1.0L variants while still maintaining excellent fuel economy. The suspension setup prioritizes comfort, and the steering remains light and easy for city driving and parking.

Although paired with the older 4-speed automatic transmission instead of newer CVT systems, the gearbox is known for reliability, simplicity, and low maintenance costs.
